Denis Riva alias Deriva, was born in Cento in 1979 and grew up in an urban triangle he called Ganzamonio (Bologna, Modena, Ferrara). He currently lives and works in Follina (TV).
Designer, painter, observer, researcher, experimenter, Denis Riva investigates nature in its temporal and mutable dimension. The fundamental characteristic of his work and his ethical feeling is the recovery of abandoned materials.
