Cellar Contemporary Takes Part in the Cultural Olympiad for Milano Cortina 2026 with “Let It Snow”
With Simone Tribuiani’s solo exhibition Let It Snow, Cellar Contemporary joins the Cultural Olympiad of Milano Cortina 2026, as part of a rich program of cultural events aimed at bringing together sport and the promotion of our country’s cultural heritage. In addition, some of Simone Tribuiani’s works will be exhibited in the prestigious Fondazione Cortina Lounge in Cortina d’Ampezzo for the entire duration of the Olympic Games.
Simone Tribuiani’s work nods to the contagious euphoria that permeates the Christmas season and the time of winter holidays, evoking a vacation-like atmosphere in which major sporting events offer yet another reason to love winter.
The values of participation, sporting bonds, unity, and fair competition expressed by Tribuiani’s evocative works fit harmoniously into the context of the Cultural Olympiad, and even more so into the Cortina Dolomiti Lounge—a space for welcome, dialogue, and storytelling during the most intense and meaningful period of the Ampezzo winter.

Distinguished by the original choice of formats and materials—primarily panels made from wood reclaimed from the shipyards of Cesenatico—and by his ability to identify and convey small snowbound idylls, this winter Simone Tribuiani allows us to immerse ourselves, through art as well, in the sporting dream.
The exhibition Let It Snow will be on view at Cellar Contemporary until March 31, 2026, concurrently with the exhibition Alpensinfonie by Gian Marco Montesano at Studio d’Arte Raffaelli—also part of the Cultural Olympiad—while selected works by Simone Tribuiani will be exhibited at the Cortina Dolomiti Lounge of Fondazione Cortina for the entire duration of the Olympic Games.
