Margherita Paoletti comes back to the annual neighboorhood party with a special meeting with her followers
May 31st and June 1st in San Martino, the neighborhood where Cellar Contemporary is located, the event "The River That Isn't There" will be held. Like every year, the picturesque street will be filled with performances, music and meetings, all united by the theme "Freak show one* of us". At Cellar, on Saturday June 1st, Margherita Paoletti , protagonist of the exhibition "The Saints of the Year 2064" currently on display in the gallery, is going to be the special guest.
The performance, entitled “Immanent Signs”, will take place from 4.30pm to 6.00pm. The idea at the bottom is to use common pens to draw some symbols on the skin of the participants, which, unlike real tattoos where the symbol remains indelibly imprinted in the skin, represent the moment of the present, that mixes over time becoming memory of the experience itself. Don't miss this unique show and the chance to visit our gallery surrounded by a magical atmosphere, even on Saturday June 1st!
